As it is well known octagon gives the division of the circle by 45 *, half of this value is 22.5 *. Turning octagon on 6 * counter-clockwise, we find that between the azimuths of Vera island and Lhasa are 45 * with the error in all +0.01.
Baalbek and St. Petersburg, lying together with Lalibela on the same line (with the error of 0.75 *) are separated from the direction to island of Faith on half of angle 45 *.
Between azimuths of Baalbek and island of Vera are 22.71 * (+0.21) Between St. Petersburg and island of Faith are 21.96 * (-0.54 *).
Due to hexagram, we know that in Lalibela azimuth of Kailash is perpendicular to azimuth of Vatican. Now, it turns out with octagon that the direction to desert of Nazca divides the right angle between the objects in proportion of ¼.
The difference between azimuths of Nazca and Kailash is 22.25 *, i.e. the error is -0.25 * it is less than 30 km. At that geogliphs of Nazca occupy more than 70x70 km, so in the desert there is certainly a point for which the angle is exactly 22.5 *.
It is interesting that the line Lalibela - Kailash, with the error of 0.46 * passes through the Chinese pyramids. Azimuth to the largest - White pyramid is 57.57 *, and to Kailash 57.11 *.
Turning octagon on 9 * counter-clockwise, we get an unique combination of 5 azimuths, four of which are perpendicular and the fifth one divides one of the right angles in half.
About the fact that azimuth of Stonehenge is perpendicular to azimuth of Easter island and the direction to Angkor is perpendicular to the direction to the temple of Solomon, we already know from the combination of hexagram, which like octagon gives right angles.
But in case of hexagram these orthogonality we considered separately. Here, thanks to octagon we see that two pairs of perpendicular azimuth are displaced relatively to each other on half angle of 45 degrees.
In this case azimuth of Great Zimbabwe divides the right angle between azimuth of Stonehenge and Easter island in half, i.e. by 45 degrees.
Between Easter island and G.Zimbabve are 44.4* (-0.6). Between G.Zimbabve and Stonehenge are 45.69 * (+0.69).
Now turn octagon on 1.8 * clockwise. In this position we see that the angle between the azimuths of Great Pyramid and Uluru is also close to 45 degrees. But is not just close, but exactly equal to the angle between Easter island and G.Zimbabve, i.e. - 44.4 *.
To this combination joins the direction to Sigiriya, from which up to the direction to Uluru are * 22.9 (+0.4).
