Publications AZIMUTHS HISTORICAL OBJECTS 08.11.2014. THE NORTH POLE. THE OCTAGON. AZIMUTHS HISTORICAL OBJECTSTHE NORTH POLE. THE OCTAGON. Octagon divides the circle into 8 parts in 45 degrees and in half into 16, in 22.5 degrees. Thanks to the octagon we can get meridians in another way and to determine the position of new meridians of main points SDMS. Let's start with the turns counterclockwise. Rotation of the octagon on 5 degrees from meridian of Great pyramid (GP), with very high accuracy, gives the meridians of Teotihuacán, the Angkor and Baalbek.
Having turned the octagon on 12.2 degrees counterclockwise from the meridian of GP, again we will get the meridians of Tiwanaku, Stonehenge and Ushtogaysky square, which is focused just to Stonehenge. Turning on 17.5 degrees counterclockwise from the meridian of GP gives enough accurate position of Easter island meridian and the meridian of Fort Samaipata, the angle between them is 45.52 degrees. Now let’s turn the octagon on 7.5 degrees clockwise. In this position octagon gives the meridians of Non -Madol and Mohenjo-Daro, which are, as before, perpendicular, and also the position of the meridian of Lhasa, which, as we remember, gives hexagram, oriented along the meridian of GP.
